In addition to his role at LedgerLogix (formerly known as TP4
Advisors), Todd is the Managing Partner of FranNet MidAmerica, where they (he and his son/partner Brady) counsel individuals and franchise organizations, developing the best strategic fit for all stakeholders. He is also co-founder and partner with Business Brokerage Advisors, a business brokerage firm that assists closely held businesses in exiting or acquiring. Before co-founding LedgerLogix, in 2013, he owned, operated, and/or managed several small and medium-sized businesses in the manufacturing, consulting, technology, and financial services industries.
Todd is actively involved in the business community, serving as a service provider to The Goering Center, past president and board member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and was a member of the University of Cincinnati's Kolodzik Business Scholars (KBS) advisory board. Todd was honored with the John F.
Barrett Entrepreneur Vision Award from the Entrepreneurs' Organization of Cincinnati and LEAD Tribune Media Group in
2017. He frequently hosts business ownership discussions, podcasts, and educational programs throughout the region. A graduate of Taylor University with an MBA from Xavier University, Todd resides in Cincinnati with his wife, Natalie, and they have four adult children.
Tom brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience in accounting and financial management, focusing on financial analysis and valuation for Main Street and Lower Middle Market businesses. As the co-founder of LedgerLogix, Tom provides back-office bookkeeping, controller, and CFO services, ensuring businesses have the financial oversight they need to thrive.
Additionally, through TP4 Capital Advisors, Tom specializes in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and helping businesses refinance their bank and mezzanine debt.
Tom's expertise in valuations and strategic financial analysis, particularly in the M&A arena, has led to significant success in growing small- and medium-sized companies and assisting businesses with turnaround services to facilitate their return to growth mode. He also serves as president/CEO of TPAC, LLC, providing CFO and financial accounting services to a diverse range of businesses.
Before co-founding LedgerLogix in 2013, Tom held increasingly responsible positions, including CFO of Color Resolutions and Vice President of Structured Finance at Fifth Third Bank. His roles involved complex financial oversight, valuation work, and strategic financial management.
Tom is a service provider for The Goering Center and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the CEO
Roundtable at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. He earned degrees in finance and accounting from Miami University and an MBA from Xavier University. Tom resides in Cincinnati with his wife, Sue, and their three children.
Thomas brings over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Operational leadership, having served as CEO, COO, and President of multiple private and publicly traded manufacturing companies. He has successfully led numerous mergers and acquisitions from both the buy and sell sides.
Thomas possesses broad business acumen and a deep understanding of building and leveraging relationships to turn vision into reality. He has effectively developed and grown company revenues from $2,000,000 to $70,000,000 annually. These businesses' successes stemmed from identifying and establishing Fortune 100 customers in industries such as aerospace, automotive, defense, consumer products, material handling, agriculture, manufacturing automation, and steel.
A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Thomas resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and two children. He enjoys volunteering with his church and playing golf and tennis with his family.
Rachel Blackburn is a proven business leader with over 15 years of experience in developing and leading executive-level engagements, as well as building and managing high-functioning teams and practices.
Rachel possesses a deeply rooted passion for understanding the needs of business owners and identifying optimal strategies to support their goals in an ever-changing marketplace. Before joining LedgerLogix, Rachel held senior management positions at Cincinnati-based companies, including TRAK Group and Titan Chair.
As a Senior Business Development Executive, Rachel leads the organization in engaging with potential clients to understand how LedgerLogix, can best support their needs and develop financial foundations for sustainable business growth.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys outdoor activities, reading, biking, traveling, bonfires, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Tara serves as a Finance Director for LedgerLogix offers affordable bookkeeping services for small and medium businesses, ensuring organization and tax compliance., bringing over 14 years of finance and accounting management experience with companies in Ohio and Florida. She has worked within a broad range of industries, including construction, hospitality, and property management.
Tara is experienced in virtually all aspects of finance and accounting management, successfully optimizing control systems and building solid teams to meet business needs and achieve demanding financial targets.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida, which paved the way for her Finance Director role at Southshore Hospitality Management. A career highlight was developing and implementing a business plan for the corporation that transformed it from an unprofitable operation to a thriving financial entity. This included incorporating costing procedures and systems to drive down costs without compromising the customer experience.
Tara enjoys helping businesses reach their financial goals and pave the way for success. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, three girls, Peyton, Brooklyn, Kelsea, and their puppy Roxy, a Mini Goldendoodle. Some of her favorite activities include traveling, trying new restaurants, and enjoying outdoor adventures with her family.
Kelly Cooley brings over 20 years of diversified experience in accounting and financial operations in e-commerce and retail, working for both publicly held industry leaders and small private companies. She began her career in public accounting, where she developed a solid foundation in audit and compliance work, before transitioning to internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and corporate accounting for a large public company. Kelly's experience in these areas has equipped her with a deep understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
Over the past 10 years, Kelly has served as a Controller for two privately held e-commerce retail companies, where she was responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function. This included financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, cash-flow management, forecasting/budgeting, payroll processing, and the administration of 401k plans. Her expertise in bookkeeping and financial management has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from Xavier University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, golfing, exercising, traveling, and especially watching her two daughters play soccer.
