As Director of Enterprise Sales, Ben is responsible for the expansion of relationships with existing and prospective clients. His primary objective is to ensure that these companies fully leverage Vaco's array of service offerings. With over two decades of experience in the staffing industry, Ben has held various roles and excels in cultivating long term relationships. Beyond Vaco, he dedicates much of his leisure time to attending sporting events with his wife, cheering on his son and daughter as they compete.
JT Turba currently serves as the Managing Partner of Vaco’s team that services the Greater Cincinnati region. He is a servant leader with 12+ years of experience delivering innovative solutions to complex business problems within professional services. JT’s passions include empowering people to reach personal and professional goals and building extraordinary teams. He enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and their three children when he’s not focused on cultivating business relationships.
Jeff Henry leads MorganFranklin’s financial services practice, supporting our team to help clients navigate some of their most critical and complex challenges. Jeff is hands-on in leading client engagements, bringing deep technical capabilities in the areas of transaction services, finance transformation, and risk and regulatory advisory. In recent years, Jeff has helped clients execute over $100 billion in M&A and carveout transactions and led more than 50 engagements across our financial services clients, primarily in the banking and FinTech sectors. Jeff has a bachelor’s in finance and accounting from Clemson University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Eric brings 16 + years of experience helping organizations develop and execute strategies to improve, innovate and grow. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Eric was a PMO/IMO director at a private equity investor with $9.0 BN of AUM, where he focused heavily on acquisition/disposition support, process design, and transformation. He has extensive experience in all phases of the acquisition lifecycle from deal identification, to post close integration, and follow-on prep for disposition. He has experience leading cross-functional teams, and managing sustainable transformation, growth and performance improvement engagements in dynamic environments such as commercial real estate, defense, technology, private equity, and financial services. He earned his Bachelors degree from The Citadel and Masters of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University. He currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserve at US Cyber Command at Ft. Meade
